The Start Date of employment will be: 9th February 2025 Starting salary of £31,000 per annum, based on competence and experience. 39 Hours working 5 days per week, including 2 weekends per month. Experience of leadership in a fast-paced warehouse environment with the ability to prioritise and organise your own and others workload. Business-minded approach with a clear customer focus and ability to meet agreed budgets and goals with the ability to make quick decisions and take personal initiatives, open to change and highly flexible. Leading others, you will have good communication skills that can assist in building relationships with co-workers and customers. Ability to implement structural ways of working within the area of responsibility, with problem-solving experience and strong computer literacy. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY

Ensure efficient daily Fulfilment Operations for maximum stock availability and readiness. Responsible for coaching, developing, and inspiring a hard-working team, maintaining a work environment which supports equality, diversity and inclusion and well-being. Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment, adhering to IKEA health, safety, and security regulations and Code of Conduct. Work with the team to achieve business goals, review workloads to ensure daily volume handling and meet seasonal demands, all while keeping costs low. WE CARE FOR THE PEOPLE
