About the Role

We’re looking for a dynamic and efficient

Fulfilment Specialist

to be the backbone to the engaging live shopping experiences that connect audiences with premium and trending products. What You'll Be Doing

As a Fulfilment Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering accurate and timely orders. Your responsibilities will include:

Picking, packing, and preparing items for shipment according to customer orders.

Checking items for quality and ensuring all products meet company standards.

Organizing and maintaining inventory in the packing area.

Collaborating with team members to meet daily order targets.

Handling shipping documentation and labeling packages for dispatch.

Assisting in tracking and managing stock levels as needed.

Maintaining a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency.

What We're Looking For

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable individual to join our team as a Fulfillment Associate. The ideal candidate will have:

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling items.

The ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.

A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.

Physical stamina to lift and move packages (up to [weight limit], as needed).

Basic organizational skills and the ability to maintain a clean workspace.

(Optional) Previous experience in warehousing, shipping, or fulfillment is a plus but not required.

Requirements

Must be able to come into the office 5 days a week.
