Job Overview: We are seeking qualified, dedicated, and passionate Nursery Practitioners (room lead) to join our small but growing team. We have both full and part-time positions available immediately. As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to young children. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has a genuine love for working with children and wants to make a positive impact on their development. Responsibilities: Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children. Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to promote learning and development. Observe and monitor children's progress, identifying areas for improvement. Collaborate with parents and guardians to ensure the well-being of each child. Maintain accurate records of children's daily activities, progress, and any incidents. Support children with personal care tasks, such as feeding, toileting, and dressing. Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues. Follow all health and safety regulations in accordance with nursery policies. Qualifications: Relevant Level 3 or above qualification essential. Previous experience working with children in an early childhood education setting would be an advantage. Good communication skills. The ability to manage a group of children effectively. A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their development.
