Our client has a group of 8 practices in the Newport area and is now looking for a Full or Part Time Small Animal Vet to join them.
The main site in Newport has been going from strength to strength for 60 years now. The group has 8 sites and 25 FTE vets across South Wales, with the main clinic acting as a key hub for surgical and medical cases. There is a genuinely brilliant caseload and a great opportunity to work towards a certificate if desired.
You will be supported by a fantastic nursing team and a full range of diagnostic and therapeutic equipment including a full range of orthopaedic kit, video endoscopy, wireless direct digital radiography, and a full range of ultrasound modalities. They want to foster a supportive working environment focused on well-being and getting the work-life balance correct, and are recruiting to find like-minded individuals to help them in this mission.
The role is full time, 4 days a week with 1 in 5 Saturdays. No OOH, bank holidays, or Sundays. Part-time roles are also considered. They are looking for a vet with a collaborative work ethic and clinical capabilities. Salary up to £75,000 DOE, plus a welcome bonus of up to £5k and a relocation allowance of up to £5k if required.
