Role Overview:

We are seeking a talented and experienced

Full-Stack Developer

to join our team on a contract basis. This role requires someone with strong technical skills, a passion for mentoring and supporting others, and a proven ability to work on complex projects.

The successful candidate will work remotely but should be able to travel to Coventry occasionally for team meetings or project-specific needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior team members.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.

Utilize any portal experience to enhance user accessibility and functionality.

Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, security, and software development lifecycle processes.

Required Skills and Experience:

A minimum of

5 years of experience

in full-stack development.

Strong mentoring and team support capabilities.

Experience with portal development or any portal technologies is highly desirable.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote-first setup.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.
