Full Stack Developer (Flutter/Python) Camden, London - On-Site £70,000 - £80,000 + Equity + Unlimited Holiday + Private Healthcare

This is an excellent opportunity for a Full Stack Developer who specializes in Flutter/Python development to join a start-up where you will play a key role in product development, laying the foundations for future developers to build upon.

In this varied role, you will be responsible for working closely with product, design, and stakeholder teams to identify and solve problems faced by its users, partners, and internal staff. As part of the team, you will actively contribute to the development of new features across the frontend and backend technology stacks. To ensure a seamless user experience, constant monitoring of the platform is required to ensure high quality and maintainability. Equally, there is always room for improvement as training is provided to upskill all staff and they foster a culture of continuous learning and growth.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical understanding of Flutter for Front-End development and will utilize Python for Back-End. Equally, having a particular focus on mobile and web development is key to this role to assist in the continuous improvements of the platform. If you are more focused towards front or back-end development, you must be eager to upskill in all areas. Any prior experience working within a start-up is beneficial but not essential.
