Your Responsibilities:
Rapidly develop greenfield products and services that users actually care about.
Be experimental! Develop prototypes, run tests, and understand the results.
Comfortably communicate opinions, turn them into features, and explain the improvements to customers.
Lead end-to-end projects, including research and product lines developed from scratch.
Engagement with our product team and customers is crucial—you'll confidently participate in discussions with prospects to truly understand their needs. Your insights will drive innovation, as you delve deep into customer pain points to propose and craft groundbreaking features. Ultimately, you'll take ownership of the product's success, prioritizing user experience and overall value.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Extensive experience as a Golang developer (4+ years).
Computer Science Degree.
Comfortable working in a start-up environment.
Enjoy a balance between autonomy and collaboration.
Experience seeing projects from conception to production.
