About the Role: As a Full Stack Developer, you will play a vital role in the development and maintenance of our client's web applications, including their tenant portal, owner portal, and internal management systems. You will be involved in all stages of the software development lifecycle, from initial concept and design to implementation, testing, and deployment. You will work closely with other developers, designers, and product managers to deliver high-quality, scalable, and user-friendly solutions that directly impact their clients and employees. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain both front-end and back-end components of their web-based property management platform. Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code. Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving code quality. Collaborate with designers to implement intuitive user interfaces and experiences for tenants, owners, and staff. Work with databases to manage property information, tenant data, and financial records. Integrate with third-party APIs for services such as payment processing and background checks. Troubleshoot and debug software issues. Stay up to date with the latest technologies and industry trends. Contribute to the overall architecture and design of their applications. Skills and Experience: Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer (3+ years). Solid experience with back-end technologies such as Node.js and Express.js. Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL. Experience with RESTful APIs and integrating with third-party services. Understanding of software development principles and best practices. Experience with version control systems (Git). Experience with cloud platforms (AWS) is a plus. Experience with testing frameworks (Jest) is a plus. Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience in the property management or real estate industry is a plus but not essential.
