Full Stack Developer

sought to join the IT department of an award-winning, national recruitment agency group as they continue to expand their digital presence across multiple brands.

This is a permanent, full-time role based fully onsite at the company’s Meriden office.

The Role: As a Full Stack Developer, you’ll play an important role in developing and implementing in-house application solutions, working closely with both business and technical teams to build, maintain, and enhance our systems. Your key duties will include:

Front-End: Use technologies like Angular, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to develop engaging user interfaces.

Back-End: Use C#, .NET Core, MS SQL Server, and cloud platforms e.g. Azure to develop effective processing and storage solutions.

Develop and maintain robust web applications that ensure high performance and scalability.

Work with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and deploy innovative solutions.

Keep up to date with latest industry trends / best practices, adopting new technologies as required.

Provide technical guidance and support to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

The successful Full Stack Developer should demonstrate:

Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar relevant discipline.

At least 3 years’ experience in Full Stack Developer roles.

Front-end technologies: Angular, HTML, CSS, JavaScript.

Back-end technologies: C#, .NET Core, MS SQL Server.

Experience of using Azure or similar cloud platforms is highly desirable.

Strong problem-solving skills with great attention to detail.

Strong communication and teamwork skills, with ability to excel in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Benefits:

£45,000 - £55,000 salary depending on experience.

32 days holiday rising with service to 37 max including bank holidays.
