In this role, you'll be a key player in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality, scalable software solutions.

You are passionate about writing clean, efficient code and enjoy taking ownership of the systems you build.

As a Full Stack Developer, you'll be responsible for:

Lead the architecture and design of high-quality, scalable software solutions that align with business requirements, ensuring flexibility for future growth and innovation.

Spearhead automation and system integration initiatives, working closely with Solution Architects, management, and engineering teams to streamline processes.

Apply your deep understanding of software performance to implement best practices for optimisation, ensuring the long-term maintainability and scalability of the solutions you build.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior and mid-level developers, assisting with complex tasks and fostering their professional development.

We'd love you to have:

Highly skilled in Python and Django, and well-versed in Node.js and React.

Demonstrated ability to lead automation and integration efforts, working with a variety of tools and technologies.

You know how to optimise code and systems for both performance and sustainability.

Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders and technical experts, to deliver valuable software solutions.
