Job Overview We are seeking a talented and motivated Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining both front-end and back-end components of our web applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet our clients' needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of various programming languages and frameworks, as well as experience with cloud services. The Company We are a Rec-Tech start-up in the process of developing our MVP. We have a good founding team already and are looking for a Tech Lead to join us for our final sprint. Initially, we are offering equity in exchange for around 8 hours per week to finish the MVP. Completion of the MVP will trigger the release of funds from investors within the next 3 months so we can bring everyone onboard full time at your agreed salary expectations. Responsibilities Collaborate with designers and product managers to implement user-friendly interfaces. Write clean, maintainable code while adhering to best practices in software development. Integrate third-party APIs and services into applications. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers. Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure optimal performance. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve skills and knowledge. Skills Proficiency in JavaScript, with experience in frameworks such as React or Angular. Strong knowledge of Ruby on Rails or similar back-end frameworks. Fluent in Java. Experience with version control systems like GitHub and SVN. Understanding of RESTful services and API integration. Proficient in SQL for database management and queries. Experience with AWS is a plus. Experience with Spring Boot.
