As a Full Stack Developer, you’ll work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into robust, scalable technical solutions.

In this role, you’ll design and develop both the front-end (the interactive user-facing side) and back-end (the powerful behind-the-scenes processes) of innovative web applications. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring seamless transitions between legacy systems and newly implemented applications, conducting rigorous testing, and troubleshooting to deliver polished solutions.

Beyond development, you’ll play a key role in empowering end-users by providing essential training and ongoing technical support. Familiarity with Agile methodologies will set you apart, as you collaborate in a fast-paced, iterative environment to deliver excellence at every stage of development.

What will you be accountable for? Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Working with the business to design, develop, and maintain robust and efficient web applications. Write clean, well-structured, and maintainable code. Perform thorough testing and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables. Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends. Contribute to the overall development process, including code reviews and knowledge sharing.

What do you bring to the role? Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in computer science or a related field. Demonstrate significant experience as a Full Stack Developer or a similar role. Proven ability to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using modern frameworks and technologies. Java:

Strong proficiency in Java programming language, including object-oriented programming concepts. Spring Framework:

In-depth knowledge of Spring Framework and Spring Boot, including core concepts, dependency injection, and configuration. Front-End:

Expertise in either Angular or React for building user interfaces, including components, state management, and routing. Cloud Platforms:

Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP. DevOps:

Understanding of DevOps practices and tools (e.g., CI/CD pipelines, containerization). Database Systems:

Proficiency in SQL and database design. Application Servers:

Experience with application servers like Tomcat.
