What You’ll Be Doing: Spearheading the evaluation and adoption of full-stack technologies, libraries, and tools to optimize performance and maintainability. Partnering with key stakeholders to align technical designs with the overarching product vision and strategic objectives. Leading the creation of comprehensive technical documentation, providing clarity and insight into software architecture and design. Implementing cutting-edge developer tooling, including CI/CD pipelines and testing frameworks, to streamline and enhance deployment cycles. Acting as a technical authority, setting coding standards, design patterns, and best practices for the team. Mentoring team members to foster technical excellence and encourage continuous learning. Staying ahead of emerging technologies and trends, recommending their adoption to ensure future-proof solutions. Driving the definition and execution of the technical roadmap, aligning it with business goals and ensuring scalability and innovation. What We’re Looking For: We’re seeking a dynamic individual who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and brings the following expertise: Proven experience developing production-ready applications with
Java
and
Spring Framework . A solid background in backend system design, including infrastructure, APIs, and data storage. Hands-on experience with
React
and a history of contributing to or leading React-based applications. Strong proficiency in clean, maintainable, and testable code, with experience using tools like
JUnit
and applying
Test-Driven Development (TDD)
practices. Experience with cloud platforms such as
Azure
(preferred, but not essential). Knowledge of modern data pipeline architectures and ETL processes (a plus). A proven ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and bring expertise across multiple domains. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a track record of cross-team collaboration. Familiarity with Agile methodologies, including sprint planning and retrospectives. A strong grasp of
CI/CD principles
