The Role We’re looking for a skilled
Full Stack Senior Developer
to join Naturecan and assist with
Nowomed , a leading teleclinic platform for medical cannabis patients. You’ll help drive platform efficiency, integrate with global systems, and deliver a seamless patient experience as we expand across the EU, UK, and beyond.
Location:
1 day a week in
Stockport (Thursday) , with flexibility to work remotely the rest of the time.
Key Responsibilities Develop and enhance features across the
frontend
(ReactJS, SCSS) and
backend
(NodeJS, TypeORM) Modify database structures and integrate third-party systems (e.g., Zoho, online payment, video chat providers) Scale the platform for global markets Troubleshoot and fix issues Collaborate with the team to find solutions and improve efficiency
Essential Skills Strong experience with:
ReactJS ,
Typescript ,
SCSS ,
NodeJS ,
TypeORM
Proficient in
GitHub , familiar with
JIRA
and
Slack Excellent problem-solving and teamwork skills in a remote environment
Bonus Skills ReactNative , API Integrations, online payment systems, global platform scaling, telemedicine, or healthcare tech experience Knowledge of the medical cannabis sector
