With deep roots in the Dominican Republic and a passion for quality and innovation, we’re excited to expand our team as we look to grow and scale our operations in the London coffee scene. We are seeking an experienced barista who is ready to take their skills to the next level and grow with us. If you have a passion for crafting quality espresso drinks, a love for customer service, and an ambition to move into café management in the future, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: Prepare high-quality coffee (espresso, cappuccinos, lattes, pour-overs, etc.). Maintain clean and organized workspaces, ensuring the equipment is well-maintained. Assist with pastry preparation and other daily café operations, including inventory management and stock control. Deliver exceptional customer service, creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Train and guide junior baristas and coffee associates as needed. Work closely with management on day-to-day operations and future growth plans. Contribute to the café’s continued success by upholding our brand values of quality, service, and innovation. Qualifications: At least 2 years of experience as a barista in a specialty coffee environment. Strong knowledge of coffee: brewing methods, espresso-based drinks, and coffee bean origins. Passion for delivering excellent customer service. Ability to handle a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards. Desire to grow into café management and take on more responsibility in the future. A team player with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and leadership potential.
