Take responsibility for the education and development of children, carrying out observations, completing planning in accordance with children's individual interests, and monitoring children's progress. Liaise professionally with parents, colleagues, and other professionals. Work effectively as part of a team, contributing ideas to enhance the children's learning environment and ensuring inclusive practice. Ensure that children's transitions run smoothly, taking into account children's development and emotional well-being. Attend all team meetings and be open to personal development.
