Wales / Temporary / £77.00 - £83.40 per day An Outstanding Primary School based in the Pontypool area is looking for an inspiring Early Years Teaching Assistant to join their school. The school is looking for someone who is willing to work and commit 3 days a week, has experience in the classroom, and has flexibility. Are you passionate about being a Teaching Assistant? Do you enjoy supporting and developing children? The successful Teaching Assistant will have the following: Level 2 or 3 qualified and/or a minimum of 6 months’ experience in an educational establishment A calm, patient, and caring persona Good communication skills A good understanding of child protection and safeguarding guidelines Experience in supporting students in their education on a 1:1 and small group basis Successful applicants will be required to complete an enhanced DBS disclosure and provide at least 2 references.
