Join us and have a meaningful impact on the world. About THE ROLE Our stores are the life and soul of our business. They act as our main touch points with our evolving consumer base. The Supervisor plays a key role in achieving our standards, leading by example, embracing our entrepreneurial spirit, and inspiring their teams. Responsibilities include: Ensure the efficient running of the shop floor to achieve high levels of customer service, sales, and profit. Support the management team with all personnel, product & merchandising functions, business processes and results for the store. Participate in weekly management meetings and other staff meetings. Clearly communicate to staff all marketing and sales promotions. Drive shop floor sales and exceed store targets by motivating the team. Foster a positive store experience by treating all customers and colleagues fairly. Support the team in delivering the business strategy and ensuring consistent training. Achieve company standards/goals for personal sales results. Perform manager-on-duty functions, managing store opening/closing functions. Focus staff on the importance of quality relationships with customers. Ensure staff accountability of building a repeat customer base. Ensure visual merchandising directives are executed consistently. Work with the management team to build a talent pool for key positions. About YOU Previous track record in supervisory or specialist roles within a premium or luxury brand. People management experience with the ability to resolve conflict. Effective communicator with the ability to build relationships. Team player who celebrates the contributions of others. Confident in giving feedback that promotes positive change. Ability to adapt and work with pace. Energetic and authentic with a clear presence on the shop floor. Initiative to find in-store solutions.
