Full-time Trainee Bus Driver

Job Description Job description Salary: £22,000 per annum 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday - 3 hours AM (6am to 9am) and 3 hours PM (4pm to 7pm). Term Time Only, all school holidays off Start Date: As soon as possible Godstowe School is seeking a reliable, enthusiastic and hard-working individual to join our team of minibus drivers principally providing picking-up and dropping-off services for pupils on established routes, but also for transporting pupils to sports fixtures and other School activities. The school will require flexibility with working hours subject to changes in bus route times and locations of stops as and when required by the school. You will be required to be able to do basic vehicle maintenance checks and fill out legal documentation to demonstrate your vehicle is fit for purpose. You will also be required to undergo a driver training session with a qualified instructor to demonstrate your ability to drive our vehicles. A clean driving licence is essential. Previous experience in a similar setting and understanding of Health & Safety requirements are desirable. The position comes with free parking, a uniform and staff training.
