The Role As a fully qualified English teacher, you will: Deliver engaging and well-structured lessons in line with the national curriculum. Foster a love for literature, language, and creative expression among students. Monitor and assess pupil progress, tailoring support to individual needs. Maintain high standards of classroom management, promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment. Requirements To be considered, you must have: QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) in Secondary Education with a specialization in English. A proven track record of delivering high-quality English lessons across KS3 and KS4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students, staff, and parents. The ability to inspire and motivate students of varying abilities. A current enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one through Teaching Personnel).
