We are seeking a dedicated English teacher to join their vibrant team and contribute to their ethos of delivering outstanding education. The Role As a fully qualified English teacher, you will: Deliver engaging and well-structured lessons in line with the national curriculum. Foster a love for literature, language, and creative expression among students. Monitor and assess pupil progress, tailoring support to individual needs. Contribute to the broader school community, participating in extracurricular activities and school initiatives. Maintain high standards of classroom management, promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment. Requirements To be considered, you must have: QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) in Secondary Education with a specialization in English. A proven track record of delivering high-quality English lessons across KS3 and KS4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students, staff, and parents. The ability to inspire and motivate students of varying abilities. A current enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one through Teaching Personnel).
