Fully Remote - Snr .NET Engineer - £75,000 This is a remote first role with at most quarterly office visits in London telegraphed at least a week in advance; candidates must be UK based. The Role As a Snr .NET Engineer, you will work alongside the CTO, Architect, and Product Manager to enhance and expand the platform’s capabilities. This role offers a unique blend of greenfield and brownfield development, giving you the opportunity to influence both the technical and strategic direction of our product. You will deliver complete features, focusing on incremental, high-quality improvements that directly impact our product and its users. What They’re Looking For A highly motivated and self-sufficient developer who thrives in a dynamic startup environment. Your passion for technology, commitment to continuous learning, and drive to take ownership of outcomes will be crucial. Excellent communication skills are a must, as you will collaborate closely with the team and end-users. Key Skills & Experience Core Requirements: 5+ years of full-stack commercial development experience with ASP.NET (C#) and Angular (TypeScript) Proficiency with MongoDB and Azure, including Infrastructure-as-Code with ARM templates Strong grasp of Agile and DevOps best practices Experience with software design principles (SOLID, 4RSD, etc.) and TDD Knowledge of RESTful web services, CQRS, and Event Sourcing Desirable Skills: Familiarity with Domain Driven Design Experience in making architectural decisions and leading technical teams Proficiency with Azure DevOps build and release pipelines Exposure to Extreme Programming practices
