Functional Business Analyst January 2025

In this role, you will:
Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into technical solutions using Salesforce Core Clouds.
Lead the architecture and design of Salesforce Core Clouds implementations, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of developers and administrators throughout the project lifecycle.
Conduct code reviews and ensure best practices are followed in development and customization activities.
Work closely with stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements, and manage expectations throughout the project.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, including solution design, data models, and integration specifications.
Requirements:
Proven experience leading Salesforce implementations, including designing and delivering complex solutions. Deep knowledge of Salesforce Core Clouds, including their features, capabilities, and best practices. Strong technical skills in Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components. Experience with data modeling, data migration, and integration with external systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to quickly understand complex business requirements and propose innovative solutions. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce development and customization, with a focus on Salesforce Core Clouds. Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified System Architect or Salesforce Certified Application Architect, are highly preferred. Strong understanding of the financial services industry, including knowledge of banking, insurance, wealth management, or other related sectors.
