Job Summary The Functional Consultant's main responsibility is to implement our revenue management applications into the customer's ERP (e.g., Microsoft D365, SAP). You will provide high-quality business and software implementation expertise to Flintfox customers and support them either on-site or remotely during the Analysis, Design, Build, Deploy stages of the engagement, and post go-live support. What You'll Do

Responsible for the functional analysis, design, testing, and deployment of Flintfox applications on both large and smaller scale ERP projects. Lead requirements gathering, solution design, and fit-gap analysis with the business process owners and subject matter experts, providing leadership in business process management activities. Work closely with the implementation partner to ensure the design for finance, accounting, order to cash, purchase to pay, and related business operations are sound and work well with the solutions being implemented throughout the project. Utilize the Flintfox Project Methodologies tailored to the customers. Train and create documentation for subject matter experts on configuration and functionality. Lead meetings and demonstrate the intended design. Assist with data conversion and perform data migration activities. Create and adhere to cutover tasks and schedule. Act as a conduit between Customers and Flintfox Technical teams. May work on multiple projects simultaneously. Support customer User Acceptance Testing, Deployment, and Post Go-live activities. Maintain a high-level overview of consultancy competence and domain knowledge of ERP products. What You'll Bring

3-5 years of previous experience with Microsoft AX and D365 software implementations, in the capacity of a Functional Consultant. Hands-on experience with large scale, D365 F&O implementations is required for this role. Demonstrable functional expertise in Pricing, Trade & Logistics, and/or Finance modules. In-depth expertise on Order to Cash and Procure to Pay processes. Understanding of financial operations and processes, including Chart of Accounts, Accruals, and Journal entries. Demonstrable business analysis experience. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, information systems, or similar. Preferred Experience

Experience providing systems implementation consultancy in Finance, Accounting, or Information systems at systems integration consultancy or Fortune 500 companies. Microsoft Certified Professional Dynamics Certifications. Additional Information

Travel Requirements: Ability and flexibility to travel mainly throughout Europe (travel requirement – 10 to 50%). Work Location: Home office and customer sites as required. Location: We will consider applications from different locations within the United Kingdom. Benefits
