In recent years, we’ve modernized our product’s core components and libraries, setting the stage for our next big challenge: becoming part of the Schneider Electric ecosystem. We’re enhancing our product to become a fully modular framework to enhance scalability and integration. We’re looking for a Functional Designer to help drive this important transformation. Your Job As a Functional Designer, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of our software by translating high-level product requirements into clear, actionable technical designs. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure that the development teams have the right specifications to build innovative, scalable solutions.

Your work will bridge the gap between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring that functionality meets the needs of our customers while maintaining a robust technical foundation. You’ll work with the latest technologies, including

IoT, AI, Docker, Kubernetes, micro-frontends, AWS and Azure, MongoDB, SQL Server, Java, Wildfly

and

Tomcat . You’ll be part of a dynamic and collaborative, team of developers, product managers, and other functional designers, all working together to achieve shared goals. To successfully fulfil your role, you: Convert product requirements into detailed functional designs that are clear, concise, and actionable for the development team. Work closely with product managers, internal customers, and development teams to refine requirements and ensure alignment on goals. Provide specifications for framework components, APIs, data flows, and interfaces, ensuring smooth integration within the platform. Act as the go-to person for technical clarifications and provide teams with the resources they need to move forward. Review functional designs with teams to ensure they meet high standards of usability and performance. Help organize and prioritize tasks, ensuring that the right features are delivered at the right time.
