The role You will be building and maintaining an in-depth understanding of our platform and our products. You will be expected to provide support to the rest of the business which will include problem solving, data analysis, and other ad hoc projects. As we are constantly innovating and automating our workflow, your opinions and views on how we can continuously improve and better integrate our procedures will be valued. You will support your Team Lead and agree strategies to improve both our customer service, payments, and funding processes. Auditing deals before funding to ensure prompt and accurate payment. Setting up Fundings ready for sending out to merchants. Requesting Fundings. Liaising with colleagues and external parties to promptly and effectively answer any funding-related queries. Ensure service provided is to a high standard and make recommendations to improve and streamline processes and interactions. Develop an in-depth understanding of the YL platform. Manage your time effectively to ensure all critical tasks are completed and deadlines achieved. Four quality and quantity team-based KPIs. Essential Skills: Attention to detail. Time management. £32,000 - £35,000 + up to 5% quarterly bonus.
