Fundraising Development Director Location:

Elmbank Crescent, Glasgow and occasional travel to other locations across Scotland Salary:

Competitive remuneration package for the right candidate Contract:

Full time, Permanent Hours:

35 hours per week, 9.30am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday. Benefits:

Flexible / Hybrid working available, Employer Pension contribution of up to 8%, Health Cash Plan, Perkbox. Responsibilities: Develop and implement fundraising strategies to meet organizational goals. Manage donor relationships and cultivate new partnerships. Oversee fundraising events and campaigns. Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders. Collaborate with other departments to align fundraising efforts with organizational objectives. Qualifications: Proven experience in fundraising or development roles. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of fundraising best practices and compliance. Passion for the mission and values of the organization.
