Role Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fundraising Manager to join our growing organization. This is a performance-based role where compensation is directly tied to successful fundraising outcomes. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in startup fundraising and strong connections with investors, venture capitalists, and angel networks. Compensation Structure: Base:

Unpaid until successful fundraising Success Fee:

1-3% of funds raised or competitive salary Additional Performance Bonuses Potential for equity based on performance Opportunity to transition to a permanent paid role after first fundraising Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end fundraising processes Develop comprehensive fundraising strategies Create and refine pitch decks and investment materials Build and manage relationships with potential investors Conduct market research and competitor analysis Prepare financial models and valuation documents Support due diligence processes Negotiate term sheets and deal structures Maintain investor relations post-funding Required Qualifications: MBA/PGDM from reputed institutions Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field Additional certifications in Investment Banking/Private Equity preferred Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in fundraising, investment banking, or venture capital Proven track record of successful fundraising (minimum 2-3 deals closed) Experience in startup ecosystem Strong network of investors and VCs mandatory Understanding of HR Tech/Services industry preferred Essential Skills: Financial Modeling and Valuation Pitch Deck Creation Negotiation and Deal Closing Relationship Building Strategic Planning Project Management Excellent Communication Strong Presentation Skills What We Offer: High earning potential through success fees Flexible working hours Direct access to founder/CEO Networking opportunities Learning and growth opportunities Future leadership opportunities Ideal Candidate Profile: Self-motivated individual comfortable with performance-based compensation Strong entrepreneurial mindset Result-oriented with high initiative Excellent networking abilities Strategic thinker with execution capabilities Ability to work independently High degree of professionalism and integrity Success Metrics: Successful closure of funding rounds Quality of investor relationships developed Timeline of fundraising cycles Valuation achieved Terms negotiated
