6 months About the role: The Fundraiser will play a pivotal role in securing essential financial support for Future Men. This involves identifying, cultivating, and soliciting donations from a diverse range of sources, including individuals, corporations, and foundations. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective fundraising strategies aligned with the organisation’s mission and goals. Key responsibilities include bid writing, donor relationship management, event planning, and financial reporting. About Future Men: At Future Men, we work with boys and men from childhood through to Fatherhood, to help them become healthy, dynamic, future men. From structured school programmes to individual one-to-one sessions and outreach work, we provide vital support and advocacy that changes boys and young men’s lives for the better. We focus our work with boys and men who face structural discrimination and disadvantage, including discrimination relating to race, income, and community.
