Key education/experience requirements:
7+ years of experience in private equity and/or investment banking Flexibility to travel internationally (US) It is essential you have covered US clients in a fundraising/IR capacity Key areas of responsibility include:
Develop effective relationships with internal stakeholders and colleagues, working closely to understand business trends and industry developments Support information collation and the preparation of external documents (including presentations, quarterly and annual filings) Managing external relationships with key stakeholders, including analysts, investors, and corporate access teams Assisting and organizing investor events (including flexibility to travel internationally) This is a unique opportunity to join a fast growing investment fund that has an operator-led value creation approach.
