Operating as a subject matter expert in investments and funds, you’ll be responsible for providing Compliance oversight of the firm’s portfolio of funds to ensure they’re operating compliantly and providing positive customer outcomes.
You’ll undertake horizon scanning, advising on regulatory developments impacting the retail investments market, developing and implementing policies and procedures accordingly. You’ll also review and approve more complex financial promotions.
The firm operates a hybrid working model that only requires you to be in their London office 2 days per week.
You’ll be recognised as an Investment Compliance subject matter expert, possessing an excellent working knowledge of the regulatory requirements (MiFID, COBS, COLL, Consumer Duty, etc.) and have previous experience of fund oversight. You’ll understand how portfolios should be constructed and how they should work to provide good customer outcomes.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are also essential.
