About the Role

As Workshop Supervisor, you will oversee the operations of our Upcycling Workshop, which repairs and upcycles donated items of furniture while offering volunteering opportunities to people in our local community. With support from the Operations Manager and Volunteer Coordinator, you’ll empower volunteers to learn new skills, grow in confidence, and be part of a safe and welcoming environment. Responsibilities

Oversee the upcycling and repairing of furniture. Support and manage volunteers in the workshop. Ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all participants. Foster creativity and willingness to learn among volunteers. Utilize excellent communication and organizational skills. Utilize Microsoft Office products effectively. Commit to our organizational mission and values. What You Can Expect from Us

Starting 28 days paid holiday inclusive of Bank Holidays (pro-rated). Holiday entitlement increases with length of service. No bank holiday or Sunday working. Permanent job contract. Feel-good factor of working for an important local charity that makes a difference in our local community.
