Job Title: Tier 1 Finance Expert - Fusion Midas Specialist

Rate: upto £650 inside IR35

Duration: Initial 12 months
We are seeking a highly experienced Tier 1 Finance professional with deep expertise in Fusion Midas, the Core Banking Package by Finastra. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing and delivering key aspects of our banking technology initiatives over a 12 month period.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct Fit & Gap Analysis to assess alignment with business requirements. Define and document functional and technical requirements for Fusion Midas. Oversee interface arrangement and design, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems. Collaborate with stakeholders to create optimised solutions that meet business objectives. Provide leadership and guidance to the team throughout the project life cycle.
Requirements:
Proven experience in Tier 1 Finance roles with a focus on banking technology. In-depth knowledge of Fusion Midas (Finastra Core Banking Package). Expertise in Fit & Gap analysis, requirement definition, and interface design. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Must be available for onsite work in the UK.
