We are excited to announce a newly created role focused on developing strategies for future skills planning, professional development, career pathways, early careers, and apprenticeships. This role  offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact, drive change, and contribute strategically to our growth and innovation.

The successful candidate will engage with business leaders and HRBPs to identify and support current and future skills requirements, and build a strategy that future-proofs the AA. Key areas of focus will include digital and data.

What will I be doing?
  • Assessing current and future skills needs, making recommendations to address potential gaps.
  • Identifying external talent pipelines in key areas working alongside the TA team.
  • Developing technical career pathways.
  • Identifying critical internal talent and implement relevant development.
  • Developing the apprenticeship and early careers strategy.
What do I need?

Capability, Knowledge and Experience:

  • Experience in Talent Development with a focus on Future Skills.
  • Proven stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence.
  • Experience with talent boards and talent development.
  • Strong ability to assess and understand capability gaps.
  • Prior knowledge and experience in developing technical/professional skills.
  • Proven experience in tracking, evaluating, and evidencing ROI for interventions.
  • Successful track record in managing projects, programmes, and multiple initiatives.
  • Knowledge of talent diagnostics and assessments.
