POSITION SUMMARY The FXAIR Sales Manager will be a motivated individual eager to build a strong client portfolio while contributing to FXAIR's growth. The ideal candidate will possess prior experience in sales or business development and demonstrate a strong desire to succeed in a target-driven environment. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Proactively engage in outbound sales efforts to build a client base and drive new business. Effectively handle inbound opportunities to secure bookings and generate revenue. Identify and deliver tailored solutions that meet clients’ needs. Work collaboratively with the Flexjet sales team to identify shared ownership opportunities. Demonstrate a commitment to delivering excellent customer service. Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs related to revenue, margins, and client acquisition. Log all sales activities and interactions in the FXAIR Salesforce CRM. Respond swiftly and professionally to all inbound leads. Maximise each sales opportunity while nurturing long-term client relationships. Adapt sales approaches based on market trends and client feedback. Collaborate effectively with Client Service and Revenue Management teams. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and approved operator networks. Ensure all bookings are managed professionally from enquiry to handover. Represent the FXAIR brand positively and contribute to the organisation’s culture. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE BA degree or equivalent in a related field is preferred. Some experience in sales, business development, or account management is required. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite is essential. Language skills are advantageous. REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS Legal eligibility to work in the European Union. Willingness to travel to corporate offices as needed. Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills. Team-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Hunger for success and a drive to exceed sales targets. SCHEDULE Must be able and willing to work early and late shifts, weekends, holidays, and additional hours as required.
