We are looking to appoint an Interim Chief Finance Officer (CFO). This critical leadership role will oversee Finance, IT, and Programme Management, playing a key part in steering the organisation through an exciting period of transformation. We are seeking a fully qualified chartered accountant with proven leadership experience within similarly complex organisations. You will act as a trusted advisor to the Trustee Board, Council, Directors, and sub-committees, delivering clear and insightful financial reporting to inform decision-making at the highest level. Working closely with the Chief Technology Officer, you will provide expert guidance on the prioritisation and impact of digital transformation projects. What we’re looking for in you
Expertise in financial management and IT leadership, ideally within a charity or membership organisation. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to distil complex financial data for diverse stakeholders. A strategic mindset, with the confidence to drive change and deliver impactful results.
