We are looking for a Senior Garment Technician to lead the charge in delivering impeccable fit and quality across our apparel collections. As the Garment Technologist, you will: Own the fit process from start to finish, working closely with design teams to ensure every garment meets the highest standards for both fit and finish. Take responsibility for making sure that the original vision of the design is preserved as it moves from prototype to production. Ensure that every piece reflects the brand's aesthetic and quality. Be the critical link between design and production, guiding the team through every step of development and ensuring a smooth transition into bulk production. Manage all technical aspects to ensure consistency, fit, and quality at every stage. Work hand-in-hand with design, production, and buying teams, providing expert technical input to ensure we meet our high standards of quality, on time and on budget. Constantly push the boundaries of garment technology to improve fit, comfort, and overall design, keeping ahead of fashion trends while never compromising on quality.
