Gas Area Manager

Example Recruitment Group are working with a leading Social Housing services provider to recruit a permanent Domestic Gas Supervisor covering domestic gas contracts in the South-East. Technical Supervisor for Domestic Gas with Domestic gas qualifications. Salary: £48,000 per annum Plus van & fuel card Hours: 8am-5:30pm - 42.5 hours a week Responsibilities include verifying LGSRs, maintaining a schedule of rates, conducting quality control checks, and supervising Gas Engineers. You will work alongside the two Contracts Managers and provide backup when needed. Key Knowledge/Skills: Attending technical jobs with engineers Carrying out Tech Tests / Induction / Intro Calls Conducting WIP and Post Visits on engineers (minimum of 4 per year unless there are concerns) Managing daily manifest for multi-part ordering, material reports, and VO reports Facilitating online training Conducting Intro Calls with engineers to set expectations before onboarding Investigating high-level complaints and attending properties if required Issuing kits to engineers Conducting daily calls with CDMs Monitoring KPIs and reviewing engineers not hitting targets Ensuring new starters have a visit on their first day/week Recording safety concerns on a log Benefits: 22 days holiday plus bank holidays Van & fuel card Flue Gas Analyser Company Pension scheme Birthday off after 2 years of service Opportunities for progression to lead a division across Social Housing/Domestic private contracts Many other perks and benefits, including company training and sustainability days
