We are looking for a skilled professional to take charge of a crucial contract, ensuring the repair and servicing of heating systems across 7,000 homes annually. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the delivery of the Gas and Heating Services Contract, ensuring compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.
Collaborate with contractors, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional performance.
Monitor contract performance, addressing any issues proactively to maintain service quality and efficiency.
Ensure accurate record-keeping, reporting, and adherence to budgets and timelines.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in
contract management , particularly within the gas and heating sector.
Relevant
gas qualifications
and technical expertise to manage large-scale heating services.
