Conduct regular inspections on gas, boiler, heating & plumbing systems Install new equipment where appropriate Manage all boiler gas safe compliance Maintain all tools required for the role Work closely with the wider estates team Minimum Requirements:
Be Full Gas Safe qualified (CCN1 / ACS / CENWAT) Hold a Full UK Driving Licence Have experience of working with a CAFM management system An LPG certification would be advantageous, however, not essential In return, my client are offering an annual salary of £40,000. Please note, this is a full-time permanent position, covering Cardiff and surrounding areas.
