Domestic Gas Engineers required for a large housing maintenance specialist with extensive work in East and Central London areas. Suitable candidates must be competent in breakdown and servicing of all domestic gas boilers.
Responsibilities: Cover callouts: 1 day per week, rolling (including weekends). Handle out-of-hours emergencies (24hr): After 10pm, only major water leaks are addressed. Compensation: Paid at 40% incomplete and 50% for completions; overtime at 1.5 hour rate for travel and job completion. Opportunities for training and development.
Qualifications: Domestic ACS qualifications for CENWAT, CCN, CKR, HTR are required. Qualifications in OFTEC or LPG are desired but not essential.
