This is an excellent opportunity to join a skilled team specialising in servicing and breakdowns within occupied domestic properties.
Location:
Ideal candidates will be based in or around
Truro, Launceston, St Austell, Bodmin, Newquay or surrounding areas.
Duties will include: Conducting annual servicing of gas appliances. Attending emergency callouts and performing fault-finding and repairs. Completing remedial work and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Issuing Landlord Gas Safety Certificates. You will need: NVQ Level 2/3 or City & Guilds in Plumbing. ACS accreditation (CCN1, CENWAT, CPA1, CKR1, HTR1). LPG and OFTEC qualifications – Desirable. Proven experience in a similar role. A full, clean UK driving licence. Why Join?
