As a Gas Engineer / Plumber, you will be engaged in a wide variety of work including domestic gas work, planned annual gas safety checks, boiler services, boiler breakdown repairs, installations, and all domestic plumbing work. Essential Functions

Undertake heating engineering & plumbing duties including reactive repairs, servicing of boilers and other appliances, installations, and associated works. Install new domestic heating systems in accordance with manufacturer's instructions, industry best practices, and relevant legislation. Issue notices and certificates required by the relevant regulations relating to gas safety. Attend appointments as scheduled and instructed. Operate vehicles in a safe and courteous manner, representing the company positively to residents and the public. Complete all relevant training and certifications as required by regulations. Maintain regular contact with engineering support, booking coordinators, and colleagues to obtain instructions and resolve working problems. Record completed works within the online operating system and maintain accurate records of work carried out. Skills / Attributes Required:

Minimum NVQ Level 2 with post-qualification experience & Gas Safe Qualifications. Hold a full UK manual driving license and be confident driving. Domestic experience required. Competent with all plumbing diagnostics, servicing, maintenance & repair. Experience in bathroom installations. Qualified installer of vented and unvented cylinders. Competent in full wall and floor tiling. Experience managing own workload. Ability to work confidently in high-end properties.
