Gas

Plumber

to work on Social Housing maintenance projects for a large, leading Construction Company in Belfast, Northern Ireland. This is a permanent role working 37.5 hours per week.

Remuneration: £31,600 + van / fuel card / package

Key Responsibilities: Understand the aims and objectives of the business and your service area, together with your role in service delivery Ensure that the services provided are to the highest quality/standard with due recognition of client and customer requirements and ensuring all works are carried out in accordance with customer care values and Equal Opportunities Policies Participate in a team working approach to the allocation of duties, supporting and working effectively with colleagues to provide good working relationships within the service Planning and prioritising work within recognised safe systems and in accordance with all aspects of health and safety legislation at all times Undertake any training as identified through the performance review process continually seeking improvement and developing best practice.

The Ideal Person: Domestic Gas ACS Elements CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, CPA1, HTR1, MET1, CMDDA1 NVQ / City and Guilds Craft Certificate and Advanced Craft Certificate in Plumbing and Heating Valid CSR card Previous trades experience in similar role Up to date relevant industry knowledge Up to date relevant knowledge of Health and Safety legislation Current and Valid Full & Clean UK driving license Previous experience working within the Construction Industry Ideally have experience working within the Social Housing sector
