Example Recruitment Group are working with a leading Social Housing services provider to recruit a permanent Domestic Gas Supervisor covering domestic gas contracts in the South-East.
Position:
Technical Supervisor for Domestic Gas with Domestic gas qualifications. Salary:
£48,000 per annum * Plus van & fuel card * Hours: 8am-5:30pm - 42.5 hours a week Responsibilities: Verifying LGSRs and maintaining a schedule of rates. Conducting quality control checks and supervising Gas Engineers. Working alongside the two Contracts Managers and providing backup when needed. Attending technical jobs with engineers. Carrying out Tech Tests / Induction / Intro Calls. Conducting WIP and Post Visits on engineers (minimum of 4 per year unless concerns arise). Managing daily manifest for multi-part ordering, material reports, VO reports, and multi visits. Facilitating online training. Conducting Intro Calls with engineers to set expectations before onboarding. Investigating high-level complaints and attending properties if required. Issuing kits to engineers. Conducting daily calls with CDMs. Monitoring KPIs and reviewing engineers not hitting targets. Ensuring new starters have a visit on their first day/week. Recording safety concerns on a log.
