Installation & Maintenance:
Install and maintain automated gates, barriers, and access control systems. Work on bespoke gates, security fencing, and railings. Service and repair automatic doors and related systems.
Fault Finding & Repairs:
Diagnose faults and provide effective solutions for repairs. Ensure systems are fully functional and comply with safety standards.
Customer Interaction:
Liaise with clients on-site to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues. Provide advice on maintenance and system upgrades when required.
Documentation:
Complete all necessary paperwork and reports accurately and on time. Maintain records of works carried out for compliance and future reference.
Essential Skills & Experience
Proven experience in gate automation and barriers. Expertise in bespoke gates, security fencing, railings, and automatic doors. Knowledge of access control systems and associated technology. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills. Personal Attributes
Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. High attention to detail and commitment to quality. Other Requirements
Full UK driving license. Valid certifications or training in relevant systems (e.g., gate automation, access control). Willingness to travel across the Midlands region and occasionally beyond. What We Offer
