Gate Engineer

Up to £34k Basic Salary
A small but well-known Midlands-based gate, barrier, and access control specialist is currently looking to expand its engineering department, targeting two additional Engineers to cover the East and West Midlands areas. The company doesn't operate an out of hours call out rota or work at weekends; therefore, this role would suit an Engineer who is searching for a position without out of hours commitments.
Responsibilities:
Installing, servicing, and maintaining automatic gates Installing, servicing, and maintaining barriers Installing, servicing, and maintaining access control systems Basic welding experience Electrical and mechanical fault finding skills Knowledge of Door Entry Systems and Door Automation Knowledge and understanding of gate/barrier/door Health and Safety legislation
Minimum Requirements:
A valid UK Driving Licence Excellent verbal and written communication skills
