In this role you will deliver engaging and effective lessons to GCSE students, helping them to develop their English language and literature skills. You will: Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons in line with the GCSE curriculum. Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support. Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and engagement. Develop and implement innovative teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of students. Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of the English department. Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational trends and best practices.
