Skills and Competencies A strong understanding of GenAI and advanced technologies is essential for leading AI-related sales and integration projects. Proven track record in complex technology sales is necessary to manage and win intricate sales processes and customer engagements. Exceptional leadership and mentoring skills are important for guiding teams and driving co-creation initiatives with clients. Excellent communication and presentation abilities are needed to develop thought leadership materials and present them internally and externally. Ability to travel up to 50% is crucial for engaging with clients and stakeholders across different locations. Public speaking experience and/or publications are preferred for enhancing industry presence and credibility. Education/Experience Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, finance, engineering or a related field. Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales integration (demos, POCs, etc.) of highly-technical products, most recently in the AI/GenAI space. Responsibilities As a GenAI Technology Architect, you will be instrumental to the sale of Moody’s solutions integrating GenAI. You master customer workflows, develop case studies, and support business development to enhance digital transformation. You understand customer workflow integration projects and lead co-creation initiatives linked to Moody's solutions within clients’ environments. You create comprehensive case studies highlighting successful project implementations and develop thought leadership materials, including technical training, white papers, and industry insights. You provide advanced technical expertise in GenAI and other relevant technologies during the pre-sales and sales processes. Additionally, you identify new market opportunities including GenAI technologies for Moody’s. You design and execute proof of concept (POC) projects with customers, and support Relationship Management (RM) teams in complex sales scenarios, including RFIs and RFPs. You develop and maintain industry stakeholder relationships, speak at events, write white papers, and maintain social media engagement. The role is important and involves contributing to business development efforts, ensuring solutions are adequately integrated within customer environments, and driving the digital transformation of clients to enhance their bottom-line performance. About the team The Global GenAI Sales Team is responsible for driving sales including GenAI and new technologies. They lead new technology initiatives by engaging with customers, designing solutions to maximize deal size and value, and guiding the future state of both products and client digital transformation journeys. They also commercialize these technologies, particularly for early adopters, and close large and complex opportunities in the GenAI space. The team leads outreach and technical discussions for GenAI, mapping client requirements to Moody's capabilities while shaping the future offering by acting as the voice of the customer. They stay at the forefront of emerging technologies and industry trends, creating thought leadership to build Moody's brand and market position. They connect with tech providers, consultants, and regulators to ensure better penetration and integration of solutions. Moody’s is an equal opportunity employer.
