This varied administration role is to work as part of the customer service, permit, and enforcement department. Responsibilities: Permit Parking

Adding and editing customer accounts Dealing with customer account queries Adding/editing sites and tariffs Invoicing/crediting customers Helping customers with tariff queries Audit

Entering income spreadsheets Checking pay machine activity, faults, etc. Occasionally visiting car parks for audit purposes Resolving and reporting income discrepancies Administrating secure cash collections Enforcement/Parking Charge Notices (PCNs)

Processing new PCNs and dealing with appeals Assisting colleagues and customers with PCN problems Dealing with debt recovery queries General Customer Service

Administering customer emails and managing customer enquiries through our Freshdesk portal What We Are Looking For: Working Pattern:

Monday-Friday, 37.5 hours per week, on a team rota between the core hours of 8:00am-5:30pm. Experience:

Similar experience in an administration or customer service role desirable, but full training will be given to the successful candidate. Customer-Centric Approach:

Ability to data input accurately and multi-task between systems. IT Literacy:
