General Overview To assist with the management team on shift, ensuring great customer service and providing a high standard of motivation and role model for our team of apprentice staff.

Duties And Responsibilities Ensure smooth running of the breakfast, food, conference and bar as well as the day to day operation. Support managers and team ensuring excellent customer service at all times. Provide a high standard of motivation and be a superb role model for our team of apprentices. Ensure high standards are achieved and internal operations are performed in an effective and efficient manner. Meet, greet and register guests, and provide continuous outstanding guest service during their stay. Make and modify reservations accurately and efficiently. Multi-task as hotel operator and carry out concierge duties. Maintain a positive and upbeat persona with a desire to deliver outstanding customer service to our guests. Ability to multi-task and remain detail-oriented at all times.

Skills & Experience Confident individual who is committed about providing opportunity to vulnerable young people. Team player and also able to work on own initiative. Self-motivated and flexible. Ability to provide emotional and social support whilst promoting learning and respect. Willingness to accept leadership and mentoring from management. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Excellent attendance and punctuality record. Commitment to providing a high standard of customer care. Ideally some hospitality or customer facing background, or willingness to undergo training. Willingness to undergo training in EPOS, PMS (Property Management Systems) OTAs (Online Travel Agencies). Flexible attitude and willing to adapt to new pressures. I.T and social media skills would be a distinct advantage.

Education/Qualifications Relevant Level 2 qualification or relevant proven experience. Excellent standard of written and verbal English. Personal licence or willingness to undergo training.
